Over the past decade, my dedication to hospital medicine has centered around caring for patients during their most vulnerable moments and advocating for them. Along the way, I recognized the need to be an advocate for my colleaguesā€”physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitionersā€”leading me to take on an administrative role. Becoming a healthcare executive served two purposes:
  • Ā To continue advocating for patients.Ā
  • To support healthcare professionals.
However, over the years, I realized that my ability to make an impact was limited to a specific number of patients and healthcare professionals. This realization led me to establish Transradiant Mindset, a platform aimed at empowering patients to take control of their health and helping healthcare professionals unlock their full potential. When I'm not directly caring for patients, I am dedicated to developing strategies that benefit patients and fellow healthcare providers.
